Incoterm - international commerce terms
International commerce (contract) terms; international rules establishing the special delivery terms in foreign trade.
Incoterms was first created by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in 1936.
First 6 rules were established in 1926. Currently the version of 2010 is in force.
